Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or stock issues, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after order processing):

Australia: 7–14 business days
New Zealand: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
United States: 8–15 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

If multiple shipping speeds (e.g., Standard / Express) are available to your address, the options and prices will appear at checkout.

For shipments to SG, NZ, AU, UK, and US, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
You can also track your order via your [Order Status page / account page] (if applicable).
Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate:

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it. If it has already shipped, changes might not be possible.
